"I want to share an experience I had with Tim Adams.....Tim has been my agent since returning to Marion...A while back I ran out of gas coming from my mothers home in Marion. She had been ill and my mind wasnt focused as I returned to Leesburg....I had some difficulty with my state farm app for roadside assistance. I called Tim on a Saturday about 1 or 2 pm. Not only did he answer he asked me where I was at and came to me with Gas!! And followed me back to a gas station. Several miles. And his wonderful wife was along as they were suppose to be shopping. I hope the folks of Manchester and surrounding counties give Tim a call....Tim provides customer service that no online company can deliver and no Agent can match. He is truely the "Good Neighbor" State Farm advertises about."
